Who We Are

Silicon Valley HR Business Partners was formed in response to a need for focus, drive, and success in the orgainzational development of start-up companies.  SVHRBP Founder and Managing Partner, Steven Rowe, is a respected Silicon Valley HR professional with over 25 years experience in technology start-ups and growth companies. Steve's expertise in coaching and "hands-on" involvement with start-ups is at the core of Silicon Valley HR Business Partners service offerings.

Steve has extensive M & A experience, IPO experience, and an excellent track record as an HR Executive in Silicon Valley. Steve holds  B.A., M.E.A. and JD degrees, and also serves on a number of advisory boards.
